Gerard Benvenuto

Gerard Benvenuto handles a broad range of civil litigation in state and federal courts. He represents product manufacturers, distributors and retailers in bodily injury, wrongful death and property damage cases. Mr. Benvenuto’s experience includes the defense of class actions and multi-district litigation. As national litigation counsel for various major corporations, Mr. Benvenuto has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous jurisdictions and obtained defense verdicts in state and federal trials outside of New York. He also provides advisory services regarding compliance with U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission rules and regulations. Mr. Benvenuto also defends clients in a wide variety of other general liability matters.
